    • We currently have offices in Arusha, Tanzania and North Carolina, United States

  • How do you tie a head wrap?
    • The answer is there is no wrong way to tie a head wrap! There are many different methods and styles to choose from. It just depends on what works best for your personal brand and hair style! See some inspiration on different styles others have used here.
  • Are there different sizes of masks? How do I know what size to buy?
    • Yes, we have a standard size that should fit any adult face (with adjusters for tightness in the back of the mask), as well as a child-size rated for smaller children. The child size is only available in select styles currently. Please send us a message if there is a particular style you would like to see in child-size! We love to hear from you!
  • What is the return policy?
    • Due to COVID-19 health regulations, we currently do not offer returns and all sales are final. That being said, we stand behind the quality of our brand. If there is a defect or other serious issue with your product, please contact us immediately.
  • What are the shipping options?
    • We currently offer free shipping to anywhere in the U.S. (orders $35+), and are working with partners to offer lower-priced international shipping. Please reach out to us for any specific international shipping questions or concerns.

      • This is dependent upon where you are located. Due to Covid 19, currently allow for 7-15 days processing time.

      • All products are currently handmade by local artisans in Tanzania, Africa. Raw materials are also sourced in Africa, whenever possible.
